And now on a mission to ignite fearless transformation in leaders everywhere

01

Meet randi

Randi Sue Deckard is a transformational leader and resilience strategist whose journey from clinical lab scientist to award-winning GTM leader embodies the power of fearless transformation. Recognized among SalesIntel's Top 100 and 300 Women in B2B SaaS and Sprout's Top 25 Women in GTM to watch, Randi has built her career by betting on herself, again and again.

She navigated 18 different schools during K-12, backpacked solo through Europe before smartphones existed, and climbed from the lab to the C-suite not despite her unconventional path, but because of it.

By every measure that matters, Randi was already “high-achieving.” But despite all of that, something wasn't adding up.

The world saw a polished SaaS executive here, a coach there. Her corporate identity was strong, but it was a container too small for everything she was building. The boldness, the sass, the scientific rigor, the deep empathy for people who feel stuck, none of it was showing up in a way that felt fully, unapologetically her.

She knew she was meant to impact people far beyond her company role but what she didn't have was an identity that could hold all of it.

"I knew what I wanted to do. I just didn't know how to show the world who I actually was outside of my title. I was dimming my light without realizing it."

- randi-sue Deckard

The results were there.
The impact was already happening quietly.
The resilience was undeniable.
What was missing was a unified identity powerful enough to hold it all.

Finding Amplified Essence

Randi had already done what high-achievers do best: she tried to solve it logically.

She knew how to scale, sell, and lead. She understood the landscape of professional branding. But she needed structure around her story.

She wasn't looking for someone to hand her a template. She was looking for someone who could help her excavate what was already there and give it structure, language, and a visual identity that actually matched how she moves through the world.

Randi met Natalie through a GTM community she's been part of in the Dallas chapter. It was there, in a group of high-performing go-to-market leaders, that Randi first came across Natalie's work.

What caught her attention wasn't a pitch. It was presence. The way Natalie showed up on her socials, intentional, depth-driven and unapologetically authentic, which was exactly the quality Randi had been trying to articulate for herself.

"I didn't want someone to tell me who I should be. I wanted someone to help me see who I already was, and then finally own it. And when I saw how Natalie showed up on her socials, I just knew she was the perfect choice."

- randi-sue Deckard

Together, we got to work turning Randi's personal brand into a clear, compelling, and cohesive identity.

03

the Amplified Essence session

Through Natalie's strategy session with Randi, surfaced themes she had lived for decades but never formally owned, resilience, curious nature and the belief that transformation is not a destination but a continuous, iterative process.

"I consulted Natalie thinking I just needed a few social templates. What came out of that session was my whole philosophy, articulated out loud for the first time. It was like someone finally handed me language for something I'd been living for 40 years."

- randi-sue Deckard

Through the session, Natalie uncovered three core pillars that form the foundation of Randi's brand:

The Lab Mindset — Randi doesn't just coach transformation, she has a framework for it. Rooted in her background as a clinical scientist, her Lab Mindset approach treats every setback as a data point and every challenge as an experiment. It's not about fixing what's broken. It's about iterating toward who you're becoming. This isn't theory, it's the system she has lived by personally and professionally, and it's what separates her work from every other leadership coach in the space.

Resilience as Identity — Randi doesn't talk about resilience as something you do in a crisis. She embodies it as who you are. From childhood trauma to career pivots, and being told she wasn't ready for the room she was already in, every chapter has been a data point in her own refinement loop. She's not a survivor. She's a smiling, thriving, snarky-as-hell testament to what happens when you keep going anyway.

The Ripple Effect of Impact — Randi's driving purpose isn't a number or a title, it's the moment someone she's helped turns around and lights up someone else. The cyclical transformation. The legacy that doesn't end when the coaching session does. She is building toward something bigger than any individual result: a foundation that supports kids in trauma, a TEDx stage, a book that outlives the conversation, and a body of work that makes people believe they are more capable than they think.

What became clear: Randi isn't just building a coaching practice. She’s a transformation strategist helping leaders turn obstacles into opportunities, with a framework that’s scientific and deeply human.

RANDI'S AE WORKBOOK

Strategic Positioning

With her essence clear, the AE team built Randi’s brand around everything that surfaced in the session and built a strategic framework that could carry it into the world. The goal wasn't to make Randi sound more polished, it was to make her sound more like herself, at full volume.

The AE team structured her brand architecture around these key strategic elements:

positioning statement

Randi bridges the gap between aspiration and achievement by combining the scientific method with authentic leadership development, helping growth-minded professionals turn their challenges into experiments and their setbacks into stepping stones.

target audience

Leaders and aspiring leaders in their 30s–50s who feel professionally capable but personally stuck. They know they're capable of more, but imposter syndrome, other people's opinions, and the absence of a clear process are keeping them on the sideline.

content pillars

The Lab Mindset & Fearless Growth, Leadership Development & Career Transformation, Resilience & Personal Reinvention, and Impact, Legacy & Giving Back.

logo

The RSD monogram in bold Futura font, enclosed in a transparent stroked rectangle, minimalist, modern, and structurally confident. The design communicates clarity, openness, and precision.

color palette

The chosen hues communicate her personality; vibrant, alive, and impossible to ignore. The palette consists of two main swatches in Kelly Green and White Smoke accompanied by a suite of complimentary hues (Pink, Orange and Black).

typography

A geometric sans-serif font for headlines, precision, and forward momentum while a monospace serif font was chosen for the body copy, warm, human, a nod to her scientific roots with an approachable edge that makes readers feel like she's talking directly to them.

05

the strategy reveal

When Randi saw her brand identity, messaging, and strategy come together, it wasn’t just a design reveal. It was confirmation of her true identity.

The brand system radiates exactly the kind of energy she brings into every room.

"Seeing it all come together, the colors, the logo, the messaging, I finally felt like someone had captured ME. Not a polished version of me. Not my title. Me. Bold, snarky, human and ready."

- randi-sue Deckard

From the RSD monogram that communicates structure and confidence, to the vibrant palette that refuses to be background noise, to the photography direction built around her signature energy and smile, the visual system was designed to look like Randi. Someone you'd want in your corner when things get hard. Someone you'd trust with your career and your confidence in the same conversation.

06

Content Day Preparation

Randi didn't need a full production team telling her who to be. She needed someone to help her show up as herself, on camera, in color, with intention.

The AE team guided her through wardrobe direction ahead of her shoot: colors pulled directly from her brand palette, outfit combinations that matched her energy, and styling notes that translated who she is into what the camera would see. Kelly green, orange and a pop of pink.

She came in prepared. Which meant she could spend the whole day being present instead of figuring things out.

"I walked in and I was ready. I didn’t have to overthink it. The prep made that possible."

- randi-sue Deckard

07

Content structure created

The shoot captured what it needed to: the confidence, the warmth, and her energy that people always comment on.

After her shoot, the AE team took her new photos and built personalized social media templates around them. Her pillars, palette, typography, voice. Everything was designed so she could show up consistently across platforms without starting from scratch, just plugging in her message and amplifying what she's building.

"Seeing my photos dropped in the templates made everything feel real, and I knew I was ready to launch.”

- randi-sue Deckard

08

the brand vault

Our Amplified Essence team packaged everything Randi needed to launch, grow, and maintain her personal brand into a single, organized brand kit.

Randi's brand kit included:

  • Full brand guidelines (logos, typography, color system)

  • Logos in various orientations and formats (AI, PNG, SVG, JPG, SVG , PDF and EPS)

  • Fonts

  • Brand patterns and icons

  • Social media templates with her photos

  • Content frameworks

All of this gave Randi the clear guidance on how to use each of the brand assets as she moves forward in this new chapter and grows!

“Some women change the trajectory of how you see yourself. For me, Natalie is one of those women. She challenged me to think bigger. To show up authentically. And most importantly, to never dim my light to make others comfortable…”

09

Life After Amplified Essence

Randi's personal brand launched. And the thread that had been missing, between the corporate leader, the coach, the speaker, the future author, and the woman building a foundation, finally became visible.

She didn't just get better visuals and clearer messaging. She got leverage. The kind that compounds.

  • Multiple paid speaking engagements

  • TEDx Talk Inquiries

  • A book launch in progress

  • Confidence in articulating her unique methodology in her advisory services

  • Clarity on her audience, her message, her differentiators, and the legacy she is actively building

But the result Randi comes back to most isn't a metric.

“The ROI is waking up knowing exactly how to show up, with a message that’s mine and a framework I trust. I walk into rooms now, online and in person, and I take up the space I was always supposed to take up. This new visual identity gave me permission to stop hiding it."

Founder's note

Randi came to me carrying something rare: a story that had already done the hard work of becoming something. Her mission to light people up and watch the ripple go further than she could see was already burning.

What struck me wasn't her impressive list of accolades, though those are real and earned. It was the fact that she was willing to pause a successful career and ask the harder question: Who am I, outside of my title? That question takes courage. Most people never stop long enough to ask it.

Our job was to put strategic language and visuals around what was already there, and make sure the world could finally see it. The mindset, the resilience as identity, the relentless drive to create a ripple of impact that outlasts any single coaching engagement, that's the brand we uncovered.

Watching Randi step into a new chapter, letting the snark, the heart, and the rigor all coexist, reminded me why this work matters. The world doesn’t need more polished leaders. It needs more real ones ready to showcase who they uniquely are.

Randi is crushing it and I believe we've only seen the beginning of what she's going to build.
